Responsibilities
- Manage accounts during integration.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to understand product flows.
- Attend meetings with merchant's tech/business teams.
- Understand merchant requirements and suggest solutions.
- Research and troubleshoot merchant integration issues.
- Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
- Ask targeted questions to quickly identify root problems.
- Provide resolutions for technical issues involved in integration.
- Automate processes to address merchant integration issues.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of programming languages like PHP, JAVA, or ASP.Net.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT terminologies and concepts.
