Responsibilities
- Manage merchant accounts during integration.
- Work with product and technology teams to understand product flows.
- Attend meetings and conference calls with merchant technology and business teams.
- Understand merchant flows and requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve merchant integration issues.
- Own customer and merchant issues through resolution and ask targeted questions to identify root causes.
- Understand technical integration issues and provide resolutions.
- Automate processes for merchant integration issues and requirements.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS environments.
- Required experience with Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of a programming language such as PHP, Java, or ASP.NET, or platforms such as Android or iOS.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step technical assistance.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT terminology and concepts.
