Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of machine learning models for autonomous systems.
- Develop software to automate the machine learning lifecycle.
- Manage model selection, training, validation, and deployment.
- Oversee training data sourcing, integration, and quality.
- Create tools and processes for machine learning in classified environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a senior role delivering production-grade software with machine learning components.
- Proficient in ML Operations, including data acquisition and pipeline management.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists for validation and verification strategies.
- Experience delivering computer vision capabilities.
- Capacity to work across the software stack and through the product lifecycle.
- Eligible for Australian Government Negative Vetting 2 security clearance.
