Base Salary

$169k - $226k/yr

Responsibilities

Support full life-cycle Workday implementations across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, functional designs, process designs, scenarios, and process flows.
Configure Workday applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
Create training materials and quick reference guides and conduct end-user training classes.
Define support procedures and assist with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
Work with clients to assess current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives.
Meet targeted billing-hour utilization goals and support complex, time-sensitive projects.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, information technology, MIS, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
At least 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function serving cross-industry clients at a national level.
At least 4 full life-cycle Workday implementations.
Knowledge of Workday modules and applications, including experience installing, configuring, or implementing Workday applications.
An industry-recognized professional certification is required.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity applications.
Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, meeting facilitation, and technical documentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed.

Expected travel is up to 40%.
