Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities within the solution engineering division.
- Learn about Infobip products, solutions, and business use cases while contributing to project implementations under mentor guidance.
- Assist in designing solutions that address customers’ technical and business requirements.
- Help configure and customize Infobip solutions based on customer needs.
- Contribute to customer service and support initiatives, including documentation and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Be a fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate seeking an academic internship or on-the-job training opportunity.
- Have an educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Be interested in a career combining technical knowledge with business understanding.
- Have clear and professional written and verbal English and Thai communication skills.
- Be curious, customer-focused, motivated to solve problems, and comfortable working collaboratively.
- Be able to work on-site at least three days per week.
