Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for autonomous driving, including search-based, sampling-based, and optimization-based methods.
- Integrate and evaluate motion planning and prediction algorithms.
- Design and build a scalable codebase for motion planning approaches.
- Interface with perception and prediction components as well as trajectory optimization and control components.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Cultivate a culture of product-focused engineering and research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven expertise in the robotics or autonomous vehicle field.
- At least 2 years of research experience in robotics or motion planning.
- Minimum of 2 years of C++ software development experience.
- Experience in taking projects from problem formulation to deployment.
- A strong desire for knowledge and continuous innovation.
