Responsibilities
- Design, build, write, test, and support software for MongoDB products.
- Identify and develop new features using data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Lead software projects that help users maintain and understand their MongoDB deployments.
- Solve complex technical problems while balancing team needs, delivery, and research and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create quality end-user features.
Requirements
- Be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Be a recent graduate, including Summer 2026 graduates, or have up to 18 months of professional experience.
- Have a foundation in computer science theory, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Be proficient in at least one of C++, Go, Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or a comparable high-level programming language.
- Have experience writing and testing software through an internship, personal project, coding competition, or research.
