Responsibilities
- Develop moderately complex features and components for large-scale threat detection services.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-tested code.
- Take ownership of smaller features or components and ensure their quality.
- Work with minimal supervision on routine tasks while seeking guidance for unfamiliar challenges.
- Identify potential blockers, communicate risks, and collaborate on timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and retrospectives and incorporate constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Growing proficiency in Python or Golang.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, and containerized workloads using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, secure coding foundations, and automated testing practices.
- Experience with observability or monitoring tools such as Grafana or Kibana is preferred.
- Curiosity about cybersecurity, malware analysis, or threat detection is a bonus.
