Base Salary
$82k - $93k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Facets applications in a U.S. healthcare environment.
- Analyze production incidents, system defects, and enhancement requests and recommend sustainable technical solutions.
- Gather business requirements, evaluate solution options, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate and prioritize work across support, development, business, and client teams.
- Support PQF modernization initiatives using Node.js, AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, and Amazon SNS.
- Design and implement automation solutions using established frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, business objectives, customer requirements, and project milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence through modernization and automation.
Requirements
- Strong experience configuring and supporting Facets within a U.S. healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, and Amazon SNS.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization.
- Experience analyzing production issues, troubleshooting system defects, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare payer operations, claims processing, membership, benefits, or related healthcare functions.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting healthcare platform modernization initiatives is preferred.
- Exposure to automation frameworks and process optimization tools is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and event-driven application design is preferred.
- Experience collaborating across distributed teams in large enterprise environments is preferred.
