Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, use cases, system gaps, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications using the .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET.
  • Write scalable, documented code; conduct code reviews; and maintain source control using Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in MS SQL Server.
  • Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across application environments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to team meetings and discussions.
  • Process work requisitions according to standard operating procedures.
  • Identify root causes of application issues involving bugs, system design, data, or processes.

Requirements

  • At least two years of professional software-development experience or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with a web application development framework such as .NET, PHP, Django, Spring, or Node.js.
  • Solid foundation in MS SQL Server and SQL statements, with other relational-database experience acceptable.
  • Experience with source-control tools and CI/CD pipelines such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with the .NET Framework and C#.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure DevOps, AWS, or GCP.
  • Preferred: three to four years of professional software-development experience or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: knowledge of SOLID design principles, AI/LLM solution integration, and IIS web-server configuration and deployment.
