Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
- Utilize agentic coding tools to enhance productivity.
- Quickly ramp into unfamiliar codebases and become productive.
- Design reliable and auditable agent systems.
- Contribute to team knowledge and improve workflows across engagements.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in building and shipping production software.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance software quality and throughput.
- Intellectual curiosity about the evolving AI landscape.
- Strong operational discipline to manage multiple client workstreams.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to high standards.
