Responsibilities
- Partner with Scale AEs to deliver tailored demos and prototypes.
- Develop technical expertise in Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.
- Secure the 'technical win' by addressing technical challenges.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and design solutions.
- Create Scopes of Work by translating customer challenges into project plans.
- Collaborate with Software and Machine Learning Engineers during post-sales.
- Identify customer-specific feature requests with AEs and PMs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Solution Engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background with client-facing experience.
- Experience in developing with Python, Java, or other web languages.
- Technical experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud tech, or finance.
- Proven ability to independently resolve technical issues in the field.
- Strong presentation skills and technical credibility.
- Effective communication skills across various organizations.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to work at a fast pace.
