Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, coordinate, and perform day-to-day software development for a team of 3–4 developers.
- Review code and maintain timely, high-quality delivery standards.
- Design, build, test, and maintain internal business applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
- Set and maintain best practices for quality, testing, source control, security, and deployment.
- Work with end users to gather requirements and create specifications.
- Advise leadership on process improvements and technology opportunities.
- Mentor team members and encourage continuous improvement and experimentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Git or other source control practices.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical details to non-technical end users and facilitating team collaboration.
- Ability to balance competing constraints and priorities.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Blazor, and automation.
