Responsibilities
- Work on the architecture, design, and technical strategy for complex microservices systems.
- Drive technical decision-making and architectural reviews for platform systems.
- Support engineers across the organization, promoting technical growth.
- Lead critical technical initiatives and cross-team projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience with expertise in microservices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go, PHP, and/or JVM languages.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Advanced experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
- Extensive experience building event-driven architectures using message bus technologies.
- Deep expertise with database technologies, including performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and drive technical standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
