Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise customer implementations across Axon products.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and operational goals.
- Translate customer needs into structured business artifacts like requirements and workflows.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects to design multi-product solutions.
- Configure Axon software solutions to align with customer objectives.
- Evaluate solution options and provide practical input for sustainable outcomes.
- Design and document User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions.
- Develop training materials to support customer adoption.
Requirements
- Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for deliverables and navigate challenges.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with business analysis, including requirements gathering.
- Comfortable working in software-driven environments and collaborating with technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and connect details across systems.
- Genuine interest in Axon's mission and helping customers achieve impact.
