Responsibilities
- Identify process bottlenecks and design practical AI-powered automations across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other functions.
- Map business processes and translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into structured end-to-end system designs.
- Build, integrate, and maintain production workflows using AI models, APIs, automation platforms, and internal systems.
- Apply AI to decision support, content generation, classification, and data enrichment.
- Own solutions from initial concept through production, reliability improvements, and ongoing iteration.
- Serve as the internal expert on current AI models and automation tooling while focusing on business impact and ROI.
Requirements
- Typically 4+ years of professional experience owning systems end-to-end.
- Demonstrated experience shipping cross-functional business systems and production solutions that teams rely on daily.
- Strong familiarity with AI models and hands-on experience shipping AI into production workflows.
- Fluency with APIs and data structures, systems-oriented thinking, and a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Experience with automation platforms and excellent communication with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Preferred qualifications include operations or consulting experience, CRM or data-platform experience, and light scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- The role requires practical decision-making, high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to challenge weak ideas.
