Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, AI-enabled services, enterprise workflow solutions, and Microsoft Teams applications.
- Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock and other AWS-managed services.
- Create intelligent workflows for content generation, summarization, enterprise search, and virtual assistants.
- Optimize AI solutions through prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams on delivery, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience using the MERN stack and Python.
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, HTML5, CSS3, and API development.
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications using AWS services and modern deployment practices.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Teams applications, enterprise platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies, AWS Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI security best practices.
- Experience with NoSQL and relational databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
