Responsibilities
- Build and maintain polished, performant, customer-facing frontend features for sales and operational workflows.
- Implement accessible, consistent UI components and application logic aligned with the company design system.
- Own features end to end from scoping and technical design through implementation, testing, monitoring, and delivery.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services while handling loading states, errors, and edge cases.
- Improve frontend performance, including Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and real-world network and device behavior.
- Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, shared component libraries, and frontend technical standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into customer-focused solutions.
- Build inclusive experiences with accessibility as a core development practice.
- Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and share effective practices with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience shipping production features end to end.
- Deep expertise with React, NodeJS, GSAP, and their associated ecosystems and best practices.
- Experience with frontend security vulnerabilities, secure coding principles, and security practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Expertise in micro-frontend architecture and its use in large-scale systems.
- Experience driving architectural direction for large-scale frontend systems and building applications using GraphQL, RESTful, and/or RPC APIs.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive and mobile-first design, SEO, WCAG accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to analytics, experimentation platforms, and feature flagging tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with React Native is preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML platform foundations, developer AI tooling, automotive, mobility, retail, ecommerce, digital consumer products, multi-tenant platforms, shared enterprise services, iOS, Android, or full-stack engineering is preferred.
