Responsibilities
- Develop scalable systems for processing payments and managing transactions.
- Build reliable infrastructure to support global operations.
- Manage returns, refunds, and seller payouts at scale.
- Own projects from inception to production and beyond.
- Mentor team members and foster an inclusive team environment.
- Adapt to new technologies and perform frontend work when necessary.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software development experience.
- Comfortable with multiple programming languages, primarily Python, Elixir, and JavaScript.
- Excellent product instincts with a user-first mindset.
- Strong ownership instincts and ability to deliver features quickly.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with payment systems and international commerce is a plus.
- Startup experience at a high-growth company is preferred.
