Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects, from requirements analysis through customization, development specifications, UAT support, and user training.
- Develop and maintain code and application libraries and produce technical documentation.
- Design, customize, integrate, and maintain enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations.
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve business application issues.
- Manage tasks, oversee sub-projects, conduct daily stand-ups, report project status, delegate work, and support team members.
- Build long-term client relationships, act as a business advisor, and identify business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Customer-oriented personality with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal command of English.
- Availability to travel when needed.
