Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement privacy-preserving architectures for AI systems.
- Partner with researchers to implement privacy-preserving training methods.
- Build foundational privacy infrastructure, including data discovery and access controls.
- Translate regulatory requirements into technical implementations.
- Architect data governance systems for tracking data lineage and retention.
- Lead privacy reviews and threat modeling for new models and features.
- Embed privacy controls into AI inference systems and data pipelines.
- Develop privacy engineering toolkits for other engineers.
- Design privacy-preserving analytics systems.
- Evaluate emerging privacy technologies and contribute to open-source tooling.
Requirements
- Experience applying privacy engineering principles in production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience designing privacy infrastructure for large user bases.
- Understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience conducting privacy reviews and risk assessments.
- Strong communication skills to align across teams.
