Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team’s functional and technical roadmap for deterministic rules-based and AI-driven healthcare automation.
- Support technical design and data-driven technology decisions with cross-functional teams.
- Design, develop, test, and deliver cloud platform and full-stack web application features.
- Support the platform across databases, backend services, and frontend applications.
- Drive engineering releases approximately 2–4 times per month and perform production support 1–2 times per year.
- Own product development across the software development lifecycle while collaborating with product and design teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6–8 years of full-time software development lifecycle experience.
- Proficiency with Java, Groovy, or Python.
- Experience building applications with React and JavaScript; TypeScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL datastores, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Dynamo, Elastic, and Mongo.
- Hands-on experience with Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber is preferred but not required.
- Ability to own the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM-based systems or designing agent-based AI products is a plus.
- Healthcare or life sciences experience, open-source work, and community projects are preferred qualifications.
