Responsibilities
- Develop software to increase the capabilities, fidelity, observability, and scale of HIL Platform and Integration services.
- Deliver reliable software through requirements generation, continuous integration, automated testing, issue tracking, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with teams across the core autonomous vehicle organization.
- Deliver complex projects through incremental development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience writing production-quality software.
- Strong system fundamentals and coding abilities in Python and C++.
- Understanding of how to design high-performance software components.
- Experience developing in a Linux environment.
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: experience optimizing or evaluating complex software systems on dedicated hardware.
- Preferred: experience with ROS architectures, low-latency or real-time systems, the autonomous vehicle industry, SQL, and large build systems such as Bazel.
