Base Salary
$170k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the data platform for GTM signals.
- Design queues and workers for data enrichment and activation.
- Integrate external data sources and APIs across various platforms.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to create reusable platform components.
- Debug production issues across multiple systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in building data platforms or backend systems.
- Deep experience with analytical data systems like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Proven track record of owning complex, end-to-end systems.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and schema evolution.
- Excellent debugging instincts.
