Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions to detect and prevent defects in the FBA inbound supply chain.
- Investigate complex supply-chain exceptions by analyzing signals, gathering evidence, determining ground truth, and identifying root causes.
- Work across sellers, fulfillment technology, robotics, and carriers to resolve and prevent issues.
- Drive projects that reduce Amazon's cost to serve and improve the receipt and availability of seller shipments.
- Use Gen AI to analyze patterns, assess root causes, evaluate image data, and craft communications for sellers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Programming experience in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
