Base Salary
$65k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of software systems across multiple platforms and environments.
- Provide technical and customer support, troubleshoot issues, resolve support tickets, and communicate solutions to clients and non-technical users.
- Use low-code/no-code tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance system capabilities.
- Install and configure software components across user environments and support hybrid cloud/on-premises deployments.
- Manage user accounts and permissions with attention to security, efficiency, and user experience.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement in agile or cross-functional environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years and up to 20 years of professional experience in software development, technical support, or system administration in a production or enterprise environment.
- Full-stack development experience with at least one back-end language such as Java or C++ and one front-end framework or library such as Angular, React, or JSP.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL queries, and relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with software configuration, deployment, or maintenance in hybrid cloud/on-premises environments.
- Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk and version control tools such as Git or SVN.
- Understanding of system security principles, including access control, identity management, and secure software configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, diagnostic, communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced front-end or back-end framework experience, a master’s degree or equivalent experience, complex SQL development, DevOps/CI/CD or infrastructure automation experience, and enterprise IT or customer-facing technical experience.
