Base Salary

$124k - $186k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions to support deployment engineers in new and existing markets.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to define and execute integration strategies.
  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Improve operational capabilities through root cause analysis and tooling.
  • Lead post-mortem events to drive continuous organizational improvement.
  • Build scalable mechanisms to meet customer delivery needs.

Requirements

  • STEM degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Technical expertise in networking, cloud technologies, application development, hardware design, or cybersecurity.
  • Minimum of 7 years of operations and engineering experience.
  • Ability to drive consensus across stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing solutions in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with autonomous weapon systems and security-hardened networks.
  • Experience in data-driven root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or C++.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
