Base Salary
$124k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions to support deployment engineers in new and existing markets.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to define and execute integration strategies.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Improve operational capabilities through root cause analysis and tooling.
- Lead post-mortem events to drive continuous organizational improvement.
- Build scalable mechanisms to meet customer delivery needs.
Requirements
- STEM degree or equivalent technical experience.
- Technical expertise in networking, cloud technologies, application development, hardware design, or cybersecurity.
- Minimum of 7 years of operations and engineering experience.
- Ability to drive consensus across stakeholders.
- Experience in developing solutions in complex environments.
- Familiarity with autonomous weapon systems and security-hardened networks.
- Experience in data-driven root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Rust, or C++.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
