Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-quality implementations of data normalization and distribution pipelines.
- Write clean, well-tested, performant code across the full stack.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design through deployment.
- Collaborate with staff engineers to shape the architecture of the data warehouse.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and quality.
- Build and maintain data validation checks and monitoring tools.
- Participate in on-call and production support for data quality issues.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into executable work.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals including backend services and API design.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline or data warehouse engineering.
- Production experience building with LLMs and evaluating their outputs.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience with AWS data infrastructure, preferably Redshift.
- Strong written communication skills for documenting technical decisions.
