Base Salary
$126k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, maintainable web applications using React or AngularJS, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Build and support backend systems, APIs, and microservices while analyzing and resolving application issues.
- Write clean, efficient, and documented code; conduct code reviews and participate in peer programming.
- Analyze vulnerabilities, perform testing and debugging, and troubleshoot software defects.
- Use Google's AI Development Kit, Claude Code, and agent.MD or similar frameworks to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered applications and autonomous software agents.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, users, clients, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Advise or coach junior analysts and act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to development-process improvements, assess technology risks, and support compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry with full-stack experience.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, AngularJS, SQL queries, and Python.
- Expertise in React or AngularJS for frontend development and Spring Boot for backend systems.
- Strong SQL skills for database design, querying, and optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Google's AI Development Kit for building and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Experience with AI-driven coding assistants such as Claude Code and agent.MD or similar autonomous-agent frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master's degree is preferred.
