Responsibilities

Explore client needs and drive the building of a technical roadmap.
Shape and build Thoughtworks' cloud and infrastructure practice.
Ensure and build controls for continuous delivery and evolution of infrastructure.
Monitor and ensure technical expectations of deliverables are met.
Provide expertise in DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure engineering.
Establish partnerships with client leadership across engineering and commercial functions.
Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions.

15+ years in enterprise software or technology consulting.
6-8 years focused on solution shaping, technical pre-sales, or GTM strategy.
Experience managing a portfolio valued at $50+ million.
Proven success in strategic sales and engaging senior technology executives.
Experience in engineering transformation initiatives and legacy modernization.
Ability to articulate modernization benefits to business outcomes.
Comfortable influencing CIOs, CTOs, and industry leaders.
Deep experience in shaping complex modernization deals.
Understanding of legacy systems and modern architectures.
Familiarity with modernization tooling ecosystems and transformation frameworks.
