Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake technology, vision, roadmap features, and functionality to executives, technical contributors, prospects, and customers.
- Demonstrate Snowflake technology and communicate its value throughout the sales cycle, from demos and proofs of concept through design and implementation.
- Create and develop technical champions within customer accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
- Work with sales engineers, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, ecosystem partners, and implementation partners on customer solutions and strategies.
- Build joint architectures, contribute to account and territory plans, and represent Snowflake at industry and customer events.
Requirements
- Experience working with modern data technology such as dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration tools, and Git.
- Solution engineering or solution architecture experience in a SaaS environment or relevant analytics, data science, or data engineering industry.
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, including whiteboarding, presentations, and demos.
- Understanding of and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Ability to solve customer-specific business problems using Snowflake solutions.
- Strong customer-facing written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Wealth & Asset Management is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with Python is preferred but not required.
- Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies is preferred but not required.
