Responsibilities
- Build and enhance software and platform capabilities around Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop primarily with .NET/C# and Python.
- Contribute to platform, application, automation, integration, and portal development work.
- Participate in spikes, experimentation, solution shaping, and evolving platform strategy.
- Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and data-focused teams to deliver practical solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.
- Support architecture, design-thinking, and operational-improvement activities.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and good experience with .NET/C# and Python.
- Interest in platform engineering, automation, integration development, and modern engineering practices.
- Curiosity, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work flexibly as priorities and responsibilities evolve.
- Good communication skills and comfort working with different stakeholders.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Fabric applications, portal development, architecture, or solution design is desirable.
- Interest in progressing toward a lead engineer or architect path and willingness to contribute across multiple engineering areas is desirable.
