Base Salary

$135k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Perform Model-Based Systems Engineering using Cameo System Modeler.
  • Manage requirements, tracking, and verification for Tomahawk program system change requests.
  • Plan, design, develop, and verify lifecycle-balanced systems and system solutions.
  • Evaluate customer and operational needs and define system performance requirements, technical parameters, and interfaces.
  • Develop, document, maintain, unit test, and integrate software components into the Tomahawk program system.
  • Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements, interfaces, designs, and algorithms.
  • Drive software process development, selection, tailoring, deployment, tools, and metrics.
  • Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments.
  • Debug and resolve software issues and provide technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with software developers and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to meet DoD 8140 Program Foundational qualifications.
  • Experience with Catia Magic System of Systems, DoDAF, or similar MBSE software.
  • Experience managing DoD contract requirements.
  • Experience designing and implementing system architecture, requirements, software, and software testing.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science with 5+ years of related experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of directly related experience or 13+ years of related experience.
  • Experience producing requirements and systems-of-systems documentation for developers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework and SysML or extensive UML experience.
  • Experience with Subversion, Azure DevOps, and Git.
  • Experience with navigation modeling and flight simulation.
