Responsibilities
- Translate acceptance criteria into technical documentation and write automated test scripts.
- Integrate automation scripts with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Test functional requirements and business process flows in test and UAT environments according to quality assurance procedures.
- Prepare test plans, scenarios, test cases, and testing scripts for manual, automated, functional, and black-box testing.
- Report progress to project and reporting managers and work according to project schedules.
- Mentor fast-paced teams and support end-to-end delivery ownership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in manual testing, automated testing, and test plan preparation.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Rest Assured, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, and JUnit.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Elastic, Kibana, and application performance monitoring.
- Experience with BDD, functional testing, and business process flow testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Nice to have: AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Oracle or DocumentDB experience, and banking or lending domain knowledge.
