Responsibilities
- Resolve Assyst tickets and technical issues for global SAP Business One support within agreed SLAs.
- Understand functional requirements and execute technical solutions based on functional designs.
- Execute SAP Business One rollout project plans and contribute to global technical projects.
- Coordinate external partners and follow up on projects and assigned work.
- Work with business users to implement new SAP Business One functionality and improvements.
- Develop and support SAP Business One add-ons using C# .NET and B1UP.
- Support integrations between SAP Business One modules and work with SQL, HANA, and reporting tools.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in SAP Business One projects and support in technical areas.
- Good technical, analytical, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical scope.
- Knowledge of SAP Business One configuration, module integration, and post-go-live support processes.
- Good knowledge of MS SQL DB, HANA DB, SQL queries, HANA queries, and Crystal reporting.
- Experience with C# .NET and B1UP for creating and supporting add-ons.
- Knowledge of B1if, the service layer, HANA reporting, and Python is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team and travel when required.
