Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design software solutions for client deployments.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain full-stack Java enterprise software.
- Create and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and customers.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, reports, status updates, and project specifications.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback while maintaining effective customer communication.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise development skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software, code, test, debug, and document solutions.
- Ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams on software delivery and issue resolution.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
