Base Salary
$300k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced AI/ML techniques to complex quantitative finance problems.
- Build reusable AI/ML frameworks in collaboration with researchers and quantitative analysts.
- Optimize training pipelines for high-performance computing resources.
- Integrate AI/ML models into low-latency production systems.
- Develop observable, performant, and flexible large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Improve research productivity by reducing model and experiment iteration time.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Proficiency with PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in GPU or accelerator programming such as CUDA, Triton, SYCL, or ROCm.
- Experience building AI/ML systems at scale, including very large training datasets or low-latency and high-throughput inference.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve challenging problems, and maintain reliable availability.
