Responsibilities
- Define, design, and govern scalable end-to-end business solution architectures.
- Analyze application and data flows to ensure seamless system integration and identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide architectural guidance, technical direction, and recommendations for modernization, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead legacy modernization, migration, and platform standardization initiatives.
- Align architectural decisions with ITSM processes and enterprise governance standards.
- Design and deliver enterprise applications using modern development frameworks, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Develop data architecture, data models, orchestration, analytics, and integrations across enterprise platforms and cloud environments.
- Support cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, platform operations, and deployment practices.
- Design and customize ServiceNow solutions, enterprise integrations, ITSM transformations, and modernization of legacy service management platforms.
- Apply enterprise AI capabilities including Generative AI, AI agents, RAG architectures, model optimization, and intelligent automation.
Requirements
- B-Tech, MCA, or above.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using modern development frameworks, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Expertise in end-to-end data architecture, data modeling, orchestration, analytics, and enterprise integration across cloud environments.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, platform operations, and deployment practices.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow solution architecture, platform customization, enterprise integrations, ITSM process transformation, and legacy modernization.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI solutions, Generative AI, AI agents, RAG architectures, model optimization, and intelligent automation.
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL process transformation.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-ITOM are preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills.
