Base Salary
$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems involving LLM memory, multi-language codebase indexing, semantic search for large codebases, and related systems.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy full features.
- Gather user feedback and iterate on features.
- Lead cross-team initiatives spanning multiple quarters.
- Set architectural direction and technical standards while simplifying complex systems.
- Build platforms, tooling, and shared infrastructure to improve team productivity.
- Proactively manage risks related to scaling, incidents, security, and compliance.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree, undergraduate or higher.
- 6+ years of software or DevOps engineering experience.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
