Responsibilities
- Design and develop part of a new product or system.
- Design to specification and generate required software life-cycle documentation.
- Apply company quality procedures and contribute to the company Quality System.
- Apply relevant regulatory and safety requirements to product or project designs.
- Document design changes according to company quality procedures.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a relevant ongoing degree course with acceptable first-year results.
- Have relevant A-levels or equivalent.
- Have a good working understanding of at least one programming language among C, C++, C#, or Java; previous software development experience is advantageous but not required.
- Experience working within a team environment.
- Knowledge or experience of general electronics hardware is useful.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
