Responsibilities
- Advise clients strategically and align technical solutions with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead enterprise-scale solution architecture and design across multiple clients or industries.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution framing, proposal development, scoping, estimation, and cost modeling.
- Review proposals for technical integrity, feasibility, risk, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Deliver technical presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own the transition from pre-sales to delivery and provide leadership throughout implementation.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized, adopted, and capable of delivering measurable client value.
- Develop technical best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets while serving as a domain expert.
- Identify process improvements that enhance client outcomes and profitability.
- Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to influence product direction.
- Mentor less experienced architects and promote cross-functional alignment and standard methodologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
- 15+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments, including database, direct, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in enterprise solution architecture and design for complex systems.
- Strong understanding of deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution, including offline and online stitching.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Experience designing real-time data architectures and Customer Data Platforms, including Customer 360.
- Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP and non-cloud-to-cloud migration strategies.
- Experience with clean room technologies and AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions.
- Strong business acumen and exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
