Responsibilities
- Implement product features in the Node.js backend and React frontend using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Deliver high-performance, data-rich user experiences using modern frontend development techniques or distributed-systems expertise.
- Solve customer and product problems independently as part of a team.
- Communicate technical ideas and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Represent Attio’s Product & Engineering values internally and externally.
Requirements
- Expertise with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Track record of independently delivering solutions to real customer or product problems as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach to problem solving and willingness to learn and experiment.
- Understanding of how high-quality technical work creates excellent user experiences.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with Node.js backends, React or similar frontend frameworks, open source projects, data-rich applications, real-time data, or large-volume data processing.
