Responsibilities
- Own overall project delivery quality across product releases.
- Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Produce test strategies, test plans, test cases, test results, test environments, and test reports.
- Coordinate testing work among project managers, product managers, development teams, testing teams, and stakeholders.
- Monitor testing activities and escalate project issues and risks.
- Define testing scope, approach, timelines, and phase deliverables.
- Work independently or lead QA team members in carrying out testing.
- Create test cases from requirements.
- Log, retest, track, and manage defects in a bug-tracking system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of testing experience.
- Excellent Mandarin and English writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience testing web, iOS, Android, and WeChat applications.
- Understanding of software quality and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of developing test cases.
- Experience with automation testing is preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
