Base Salary

$175k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide DevSecOps technical guidance covering automation, security integration, and compliance with intelligence community and federal standards.
  • Analyze and refine system requirements, architecture designs, and client requirements while coordinating EPICs and technical feedback.
  • Define and oversee CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Embed security into engineering workflows and develop DevSecOps maturity models for enterprise transformation.
  • Identify engineering risks and mitigation strategies and provide technical advice to government leadership and mission partners.
  • Direct and advise on digital engineering, model-based engineering, and model-based systems engineering concepts and structures.
  • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional technical discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical briefings to senior leaders, stakeholders, and mission audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 or more years of experience; master’s degree with 10 or more years; or PhD or JD with 6 or more years.
  • At least 7 years of experience with DevSecOps and related tools.
  • At least 3 years of platform architecture review, client consultation, and technical leadership experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, preferably from the client.
  • Experience with digital engineering, model-based engineering, and model-based systems engineering.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with CONOPS requirements development, interface control documentation, technical specification review, and architecture development.
  • Program lifecycle experience from concept development and design through deployment, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, judgment, initiative, and ability to define solutions for broad topics.
