Responsibilities
- Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Drive the AI-first software delivery strategy by integrating AI tools.
- Collaborate in value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.
- Create large-scale distributed systems out of microservices.
- Work with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Apply the latest technology thinking to solve client problems.
- Utilize DevSecOps tools and practices for software deployment.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in C#/.Net and Object-Oriented programming.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Open mindset toward AI and integrating AI-assisted tools.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies like XP, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and delivery tools.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
