Base Salary
$158k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable systems for core operations.
- Own end-to-end development of new features and services.
- Improve developer workflows by enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs.
- Debug and resolve production issues with a focus on long-term fixes.
- Advocate for sustainable engineering practices.
- Help shape the tech roadmap for scalability and maintainability.
Requirements

- Fluency in English.
- 4+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Experience with backend architecture, databases, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in strongly-typed, object-oriented programming languages.
- High degree of ownership and autonomy in work.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with Python and AWS in production.
