Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
- Collaborate with developers to address defects and improve product serviceability.
- Analyze customer data to improve product reliability and mitigate risks.
- Partner with technology allies to resolve issues and improve the ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Expand knowledge bases and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements.
- Provide rotational weekday and off-hours support coverage as needed.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Systems Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in virtualization, preferably VMware ESXi, networking, Linux systems, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Experience resolving complex technical issues directly with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to develop tools and improve internal and external knowledge bases.
- A degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
- Customer-driven mindset focused on high-quality support experiences.
