Base Salary
$182k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build automation for GRC processes, including evidence collection and control validations.
- Utilize AI-native tools to rapidly create recurring scripts and automations.
- Integrate systems across Snowflake, Databricks, Jira, GitHub, and Okta for unified control evidence.
- Develop data pipelines to aggregate risk-relevant data for reporting and insights.
- Create dashboards that present risk trends and control maturity indicators.
- Mentor GRC teammates on automation patterns and system maintenance.
- Serve as the SME for automated workflows and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop vendor-agnostic automation solutions using orchestration tools and custom code.
- Contribute to scalable onboarding of new subsidiaries with templated automation patterns.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years in compliance automation, backend engineering, or GRC engineering.
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, and SaaS/cloud API integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to automate GRC processes and build data pipelines.
- AI-native working style with daily use of automation tools.
- Experience building reliable recurring automations.
- Understanding of security and compliance frameworks.
