Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize ML models for generative AI features.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and evaluation datasets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve datasets and model architectures.
- Define and deliver impactful AI features across Mural’s platform.
- Partner with infrastructure engineers to optimize systems for training and deployment.
- Explore new ideas and contribute to Mural's long-term AI vision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning or applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern ML toolchains.
- Experience building data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and multimodal architectures.
- Experience designing scalable data and annotation pipelines.
- Experience mentoring or leading others in a technical environment.
