Senior Software Engineer
Zeta GlobalResponsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate Python-based microservices and high-throughput ETL pipelines.
- Embed observability through structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Conduct design and code reviews, performance optimizations, and engineering excellence challenges.
- Design reusable connector frameworks for integrations with Ad tech platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, SecOps, and Platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in backend/data engineering building Python services and ETL pipelines.
- Expert Python skills, including async I/O and concurrency.
- Proven microservices experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Robust SQL skills integrating with analytics warehouses like Snowflake.
- Production-grade integrations with APIs, including rate-limit handling and retries.
- Deep observability practice using metrics, logs, and traces.
