Responsibilities

Lead technical design and architecture for complex features and platform capabilities.
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers, fostering their technical growth.
Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
Develop high-performance, scalable backend APIs and services using Go.
Architect and build intelligent agents and agentic systems using Python.
Drive architectural decisions and establish technical direction for the team.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex features and capabilities.
Leverage agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development to enhance code quality.
Collaborate across teams with data science, product, design, and engineering leadership.
Build solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Lead code reviews to maintain high standards and share knowledge.
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using GitHub Actions and Terraform.
Establish and drive consistency through design patterns and technical standards.
Identify and implement opportunities to build value in the codebase.
Champion adoption of AI-powered development tools.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to strategic planning.
Be a key contributor to building a positive, innovative team culture.

6+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
Strong production experience with Go (Golang) building high-performance services.
Experience building AI agents and agentic systems using Python.
Deep expertise with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex systems at scale.
Experience mentoring and developing other engineers.
Strong experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, or Cypress.
Expert proficiency in version control tools like Git.
Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration.
Strong architectural thinking and system design capabilities.
Technical leadership mindset to drive consensus and guide decisions.
Enthusiasm for modern development practices including AI-assisted coding.
